Glossary Choice in Automatic Link Options
Hello Jon, My guess is that you have set it up to link automatically to these other applications (email, web browser, etc.), but haven't chosen the "correct" glossary to have open per application. Click on the upward arrow to open the link dialog box. With the chosen application highlighted -- Outlook, for instance -- go to Link Options. Set everything up the way you want to there, including default glossary if you always want IT to link to that program with a particular glossary; if not, leave it blank, and Instant Text follows Application Automatically if you want IT to resize itself to "fit" the application as it changes, then click on Link. Provided you also checked Link Automatically, you should always get the same setup when you are using that particular application from now on. Just repeat the above, with the desired changes, for each application you'd like to set IT up with. I hope this takes care of it for you; if not, feel free to post again. : -) MarieR
