IT and Activewords

Does anyone know if Activewords is compatible with Instant Text?

The program looks intriguing and I may try it if it can work with IT. However, it also can have issues with Win98SE, which I am using. I would like to try it for launching programs and reducing trips to the desktop, and back to WP. It also does a variety of other things such as spellcheck in any application, by typing words in a special bar and confirming the choice.
