Deleting glossaries
Hello Donna, Deleting a glossary is done from the Windows Explorer. If you are actually deleting them from the Windows Explorer (I suspect you are as you say you are deleting the backup files too), they can’t really still be there. Do you mean they still appear in your glossary list when you open Instant Text? Assuming that’s the case, you first need to open Instant Text to close each glossary you no longer want/have deleted by highlighting it and then right clicking on the glossary list and selecting Close glossary. When you have got that list looking how you want it, right click again and choose Save active glossary list. The next time you open Instant Text it will show the list as it is now. MarieR
