Abbn system plus specialized glossaries
I also use a specialized glossary for each doctor based on his/her past work. But I put ABCZ above it on the list of glossaries using the Includes feature. That way, the "system" entries come first, then the common phrases (and words) from each doctor. I also "Include" in other glossaries, lower down on the list, such as dates, drugs, ages, etc. as needed for each doctor.
