single-letter entries
Before I get to my question, just want to say how wonderful Marianne was on the phone helping me with my order the other day. We talked about IT and I was amazed at how patient she was to have answered all my questions. Well, I've just started IT and having gone from PRD+, this is quite foreign, like a new language. The question I have is this: Why will it not recognize a single-letter abbreviation that I add. For instance, If I add the word "total" and make the abbreviation (suggested by IT) as 't', it will not come up on the list...what am I doing wrong? I follow all the step-by-step instructions????
