All right, Harrie, here is what you can do with batch files.

Write the following in Notepad and save it as c:\program files\dateclip\bat files\dateclip37.bat

c:
cd c:\program files\dateclip\bat files\
dateclip.exe 37

Then write an IT command
{command}c:\program files\dateclip\bat files\dateclip37.bat{Ctrl V}
with a short of dtt, and get the present date and time in twelve hour format pasted at the cursor anywhere in Windows.

Write the following in Notepad and save it as
c:\program files\mozilla firefox\bat files\onelook.bat:

c:
cd c:\program files\mozilla firefox\
firefox.exe http:\\www.onelook.com

Then write an IT command "c:\program files\mozilla firefox\bat files\onelook.bat" with a short of w3ol.
Type w3ol and your browser/a new tab in your browser will open and go to onelook.com.

The above is the same as we already scripted in Word using the web toolbar go box, but this version will work in any program anywhere in Windows.

Writing batch files is a bit of a kludgy hack, but it gives IT command line power that you otherwise can't get without adding ActiveWords to the mix.

If I read Jean right, you will now be able to do this right in an IT long form, without needing to go through the writing and saving a batch file separately kludge. Very nifty.
