Does this mean WSH scripts can also be written right in IT?

Given that the old DOS command shell interpreter command.com has been replaced by the Windows command shell interpreter cmd.exe, and that the Windows Script Host also runs in the command shell, are we looking at the possibility of being able to create WSH scripts right in IT?? In that case, the time has come for me to master Windows Script Host scripting.
