Yes, you are right that I bought it as soon as I found out about it. I remember posting a question on the sci.med.transcription newsgroup asking about an abbreviation expander for Windows because I was interested in moving to the Windows environment. I don't remember if I heard about IT from the newsgroup or from an ad, but it was a very short time after that that you filled my first order. However, I did have lots of trouble with the awful little input window in the first version, so I didn't really use IT seriously until you upgraded to version 2 and gave us a choice and let us do the work in the word processor the way we wanted to. As for my complaints, you were wonderful about being patient and very helpful all along the way! And you gave me much more than a chocolate bar. Thanks a million! Gail M. Hall
