Several ways

There are several ways and whichever you choose depends on what you want to do.

On the Instant Text side, you can go to Option/Preferences/Others and uncheck the box "Always on Top".

You can also modify the Taskbar settings: Start/Settings/Taskbar & Startmenu and check "Always on top"

This will work if you want to see the taskbar always. On the other hand it will hide the last line of advisory and you may have to put an additional line.

On the other hand when you are concentrated on transcribing, the taskbar is just "noise" or a distraction. So a better way is to check "Auto hide." This way, the task bar will disappear when you dont't call it explicitely by placing the mouse cursor at the bottom or by typing Ctrl+Esc.
