Start a Glossary Multiple Compilation and select the folder where these WordPerfect addresses are stored. Then Mark them all and Extract Text, then Compile with a very large frequency - say 100.

The reason for this is that we are not interested in the glossary produced and we won't even save it. We are actually compiling to use a by-product which you will find in the folder InstText\Temp

This is a file called <foldername>.txt - for example address.txt - which now contains all addresses. So you can now edit this file to have them separated by blank lines (and remove a few extra periods...) and this is now ready for the Importer!

Almost perfect. I am saying "almost" because this will assign short codes that are the initials of the first lines instead of the file names you had before. So you may have to do some editing... but this certainly beats retyping them all :-)
