TIP: Expansion should not end with bold character
Catherine, When using MSWord the first thing to do is uncheck the so-called "Smart cut and Paste" in Tools/Options/Edit. Next, make sure you add a non-bolded space after the formatted entry you create in your word-processor and copy it with the non-bolded space into the Add window. The "Smart cut and paste" being turned off, Word will no longer be smart (eliminate the intended space) and continue in non-bold :) Marianne P.S. Jean always says that whenever Microsoft calls something "smart" it is an indication that you should turn it off immediately! P.P.S. Your second problem is also the consequence of Word being "smart"
