Still won't work correctly.

Hi Kristen, thanks for your suggestion. Disabling AutoCorrect made no difference. Expansion is still being deleted and not expanding. Oh, one other thing, I even changed marker selection from Classic to Instant Text option, and it is STILL not working correctly.

It's definitely something to do with the command function, I have entries with commands to add an s or 's to words, to add p.m. or a.m. to numbers, and none of these work either.

Does that bit of info help anyone at tech support narrow down the problem??

As an aside, I've used AutoCorrect, QuickCorrect, etc., along with Instant Text for YEARS on different transcription platforms and have had no problems, just tweaking entries for conflicts, it has always worked fine. The one thing I never expected was to have a problem on my own PC just running plain old Word!
