Some words won't stick in glossary

I've been using Instant Text for over a month and suddenly I'm having a problem getting words to stick in the glossary! I haven't been aware of this happening until yesterday.

I'm taking the Canscribe medical transcription course and using it to build my general word list. I currently have 916 entries. While studying last night, I entered numerous words and then started to do the exercise afterwards. I was double checking my spelling with Instant Text but found that a few words were missing (eg. atony). I knew that I had entered them, but I entered them again. Then I closed the list and reopened it (Instant Text itself was still running). Those words were missing again! I repeated these steps again after that and again today. I still cannot get them to stick. And it doesn't seem to be happening with all words.

I had 8 words from last night that wouldn't "stick." I seem to have successfully entered 6 of them now, but there is still a problem with atony and bursa. I entered them exactly the same way as the others.

I am using the latest revision for Instant Text V. Also, the words (bursa & atony) will appear in the glossary when I first enter them. The problem is when I close the glossary and reopen it (even with Instant Text still running).

What is going on??? Has anyone else had this problem?

Lisa
