As Kristen mentioned, Enrich is a fast way to get words and phrases into an existing glossary when you don't yet have enough text for a particular account or doctor.
For the compilation it is good to have a sizable amount of text that represents the language of your type of transcription. It is not necessary to save each report in a separate file. You can save them in one unique Wordpad document per day, for instance, and do a multiple file compilation at the end of the week. Just make sure you save these WordPad documents in the same folder.
