Update

Well, firstly thanks for all of the replies. Getting used to IT was hard at first with having been so used to SH. It is like trying to teach an old dog new tricks! But, I was determined to get used to it. I never used SH and IT together. I thought that it might just make things more confusing and also while I am working with SH, I would not be able to add entries to IT. I have finally gotten used to it, and have to say that I am seeing my numbers increase, which is very exciting. I even got some girls interested over at the Career Step forum! Thanks for all the help!
