Using the Glossary Workshop

When you use the workshop to modify a glossary you should always make sure you have a backup file of the initial glossary.

Did you save the glossary you modified under a different name?

If so, you can merge your initial glossary and the new glossary, so the Word section of the initial glossary will be merged into the new glossary.

Then use the workshop to condense the merged glossary. Physically it will eliminate all the duplicates of the Phrase section and keep all your phrases and the ABCZ words.
