To create a command entry in IT, you would need to click on the "Command" button in the Add Entry Window for both commands.
So you would click on the Command button and then press Ctrl+A and click OK and then repeat the steps again for the Ctrl+C function.
When you see your entry appear in the advisories, it should look like this:
{command}{Ctrl A}{Ctrl C}
If you are still having trouble, please contact tech support and provide the following information so we can further assist you:
What program you are using IT with?
Are you running Vista or WinXP?
What version of IT are you using? (You can find out by double-clicking on the blue title bar in Instant Text and then go to Help and About Instant Text. There you will see the exact version & built date that you are using.)
For tech support, you can either send an email to support@textware.com or you can call us at 781-272-3200 ext 2.
Kind regards,
Kristen
