Is the user expanding with the space bar?

These entries come from the Shorts.glo which is activated when you use the space bar to expand.

All Instant Text glossaries are text files and can be edited in Wordpad.

The user may have an older version of Instant Text V Pro. The first thing I would recommend is to apply the revision which will update IT to the latest release.
