What version of IT V Pro are you using? You can find out by double-clicking on the blue title-bar in Instant Text and then go to Help and About Instant Text. There you will see the exact release and built date that you are using.

Are you using WinXP or Vista?

I have fed in so many things it can i get them back

Are you referring to your glossaries?

I do not have copy of the software

Did you lose your CD or was the software provided to you by an employer?
