glossary file is incorrect

I am getting a message saying that my converted Smartype file is incorrect and will not let me open IT. I'm new to IT and not sure what I did. My file was not showing up properly so I tried to do something and messed it up somehow. I'm not sure how to scrap it and start over or what I should do.
