Access error message

Yes, it says May 2007. I am using this with XP. I do not get that error message when I try a multiple compilation, but I do not want to do a multiple compliation every time that I just want to add one file to my IT entries. Does that make sense?

The only thing that I am doing different with this is that the text that I am trying to compile has been copied from Escription and pasted into MS Word. How does Escription affect IT?
