I've done both of those per the instructions here on the forum. It is very strange because for the most part they are there but randomly I am finding entries missing. I can live with it as it is not a large number, but I was curious as to how that could happen. I have repeatedly checked the glossary name to be sure it is the same. No biggie - just wondering.
