Glossary entries missing

Are these entries that you had before and don't show up anymore.

Or are these entries that don't come up after you do some action like deleting an entry?

Do you have Optimize Glossary reloads checked under Options/Usage?

Sorry for all the questions. Just to be able to find out what is happening -:)
