Importing glossaries as text files

In speaking to you yesterday, Marianne, you told me I could go to MTDesk website, copy and paste a glossary to Word, save it as a text file, and then import it into IT. I don't get the option of saving it as a text file in Word 2007. Do you know how I should save my document so that I can import it into IT?
