Line error

transcriptionist getting an error when trying to expand. Error is:

(Paragraph sign)PAST SURGICAL HISTORY: Notable for
Press ok to continue without the line, cancel otherwise.

They have tried to edit the glossary in work pad to correct, also ran the glossary repair.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
