Create a command entry

If your platform uses a keyboard shortcut that is also a shortcut in Instant Text, the work around is to create a command entry in Instant Text to launch the platform keyboard shortcut. Just be sure to insert a trailing underscore at the end of the Command entry.

Your command entry in this case should look like:

{command}{Alt.}_

When you use the Command button in the Add window to type in Alt. you will not see the {command} part in the Add window itself, but you will see it when it comes up in the Phrase advisory.
