I've been using my IT program for the platform used by JLG. It works semi-okay, but there are problems. I'm assuming I'm not doing something right. I have to link the platform for every single report that comes up, and it does not automatically link this platform. It is very time-consuming and frustrating because I keep forgetting that I must link before typing.
What am I doing wrong?
