Are you using the lastest release of IT V Pro - Revision 5.44?
You can find out by double-clicking on the blue title-bar in Instant Text and then go to Help and About Instant Text. There you will see the exact release and built date that you are using.
If you are using an older release of IT V Pro, you can download Revision 5.44 from our website by going to the link below.
Also, are you using Vista or WinXP?
