Error with importing Shorthand file

I will go through the steps to import the file, and when I click save this message comes up: "An error occurred in the previous actions. The importer will be terminated."

It only does this with a Shorthand file?

The version I am using in Instant Text V Pro.

Pro Version 5.2 Built 2003-08-12
