When you compile a glossary from your own transcription, Instant Text will show you in the advisories what is likely to come next. To use these continuations, the best is to use Marker keys to expand as you are much better in control.

From your example "from" expanding into "full range of motion" I assume that you are using the space bar to expand. In order to avoid that you need to "from" => "from" into the Shorts.glo

You can still use continuations with the space bar, but in a more limited fashion. For instance, you have to type the number 1 to get a continuation that appears on the first line. With the marker keys you just hit the marker key to get it.

PS As to your earlier post, the reason you may not get the expansion after a and i is also due to the fact that you may be using the space bar to expand the singles. With the space bar, Instant Text tries to make sure you don't get any unwanted expansions...
