Command for -year-old

Hello,

I would like to know the exact way to put in the command for -year-old, for example, 40-year-old. I have it in my Instant Text as {Command}-{Backspace}-year-old. It doesn't work by just typing it in that way. Is there a special thing I am supposed to do to make it come out correctly? There is someone that I know who doesn’t have it in their Instant Text and would like to use the command and I also would like to know for myself if I should ever lose it in the Instant Text.

Thanks,

Holly
