Hello,

You can create a command entry for nearly any keyboard shortcut.

If you have a standard Header that you would like to add to IT, you can do so using the keyboard shortcut of Alt+V to open up the View menu, and then the letter H to select Header and Footer.

So your entry should look like this: {Alt V}h followed by the text for your Header.

After you expand your entry, you would either need to manually type Alt+C to close out of the Header window, or you can create a separate command entry for Alt+C to close it.

You may want to post this question on the MS Word for MT's forum as Cheryl is likely to have more input on using Header/Footers in Word. =)

Kind regards,
Kristen
