The company (Accentus) is Canadian and NoteWriter is described on their site as a "hosted web accessed solution". I don't know if that is the platform. I am not employed there (I'll be applying in a few weeks) so don't have any other insider information. The reply to my query from Accentus was that IT's functionality is dependent on the hospital's internal system.
