Currently Instant Text does not reset the short form when you hit a Function key. If you type "abc" and then F3 to jump to another field and then type "def", your short form is "abcdef" and not "def" as you might expect, which explains why your advisories stay empty as you probably have no match for "abcdef" in your glossary.
I have the feeling the problem would be solved if we modified IT so that it resets the short form when you type a Function key. Can you see any drawback or unwanted side effect if we were to implement that change?
