Hi Kristen, sorry it took so long to get back to you. I had forgotten I'd even posted until I came to ask a new question! I use the newest version of IT and my operating system is XP and I'm using EXText as my platform. I had noticed it before tho, when I was using DocQscribe, as well as Microsoft Word. It seems to be mostly in my big glossary which is a compilation of many glossaries as well as additions I make every day. I deleted all the entries by hand a while back. But I don't know why the show up at all.
