Rennie's suggestion on addresses
I have the doctors' name in an MS Word .dic file for spellcheck purposes, but unfortunately they are in there with a lot of other stuff specific to my MTSO, which would preclude a clean import. Darn, I wish I would have thought of putting them in a separate file originally. My doc names--and addresses--are also in a huge Word document (that I imported yesterday to make an address glossary).
Maybe Jean could program something that would tell the text importer to only choose the first line in a set of address?! That way, it would only pick up the names. :D You have me thinking again, Mary Anne. **G** I WANT those doc names now! Hmmm...maybe I will just add them as I go along. I love how this program unfolds neat opportunity tidbits to me each day! Well, not just the program but you users here too. Thank you. :)
