If I understand the suggestion, you have the address:

Eberhard K. Schmelzer
100 Commerce Avenue
Blue Ridge, CA 95241

and the importer would generate

[Glossary ADDRESS 5 6]

[Words]
...
s Eberhard K. Schmelzer
...

[Phrases]
...
schmeltzer Eberhard K. Schmelzer¶100 Commerce Avenue¶Blue Ridge, CA 95241¶
...
[end]

This is quite something the Importer could do.
