I'm new to IT and don't have all the answers, but I can tell you one thing that I think will work. Let's say you have a group of phrases that have pap smear in them, like:

pswn Pap smear was normal
pswo Pap smear was obtained
pst Pam smear today
ps Pap smear

Okay, now go into your edit glossary mode and find the "ps pap smear" entry. Put your cursor on this entry. Then click the button named "Move." You can then move it up one line by one line or you can click "Top," which will place it at the top of that particular phrase list. The next time you type "ps," it will only put "Pap smear" because it's at the top of that phrase group.

When you get through moving it to the top, the phrase group would then look like:

ps Pap smear
pswn Pap smear was normal
pswo Pap smear was obtained
pst Pam smear today

I hope that helps. If not, I'm sure someone else can help. :)
