Yes, you could have your DocQscribe glossary in your Active Glossary List as its own individual glossary, and you could also have your new Word glossary in the list that has the DocQscribe glossary as an include.
So in your Active Glossary List, you could have:
1) DocQscribe glossary
2) Word glossary + DocQscribe as an include
When you are in your Word glossary, every time you add an entry on the fly, it will go into the Word glossary as that is considered your "main" glossary, and your DocQscribe glossary remains unchanged. The includes just allows you to access your DocQscribe entries while in your Word glossary so you can use them both at the same time. If you decide you do not want to see your DocQscribe entries while in your Word glossary, you can always remove it as an included glossary.
