Ordering of phrases

Looking for some assistance here. I am pretty new to using Instant Text. It seems every time I add a new entry, I am having to rearrange my list (over and over and over again). This is time consuming, and I do not see where it is helping me with my production at all. Also, I find myself constantly adding things, and of course this takes away from my production. Any hints would be very much appreciated. TIA.
