Check default glossary in link options

You may have that closed glossary listed as the default glossary in the link options for that program.

With IT and your other program open, click on the Link icon which is located just above the Active Glossary List and looks like a little "up-arrow". That will bring up the Recognized Applications window. With your program highlighted in the Recognized Applications window, click on "Link Options".

If you plan on using different glossaries with this program, it may be best to just leave the Default Glossary line blank. Just highlight the line and press Backspace or the Delete button to erase it, then click on Link.
