I would save the result glossary under a different name so you can decide if that is what you want.
To have all the words come up in the Phrase advisory has the advantage to deal with one advisory only.
However, it will take more time to get to your phrases, and that is where you make the big savings. If you can handle two advisories, try to type the first 3 letters and the last letter, and most of the times the word will be highlighted in the Word advisory assuming it is in the glossary's Word section.
