Too many phrase entries?

Do you think you can have too many phrase entries to make it impossible to have them show on the advisory screen?

Since you can only have a maximum of 15 phrases in the advisory screen at a time, I think I have too many to really make it user friendly. Any suggestions?

For example, I have a lot of phrase entries that begin with "the patient." I know I have over 100 phrases. It seems as if I cannot pull up some of them to be entered in my text. Have I done something wrong in entering them?
