If you type "tpwd" and see your phrase in the advisories you can reach it with the line number selection or by adding another character.
I guess there is a good chance that you can reach the phrase you mention without typing the complete short form "tpwdisc".
Another possibility is, if you see "the patient was discharged" in your advisories, you can expand it and Instant Text will then display "in stable condition" as a possible continuation. If you don't have the following phrase "tpwd" -> "the patient was discharged" in your glossary you may add it to see the continuations that are proposed when you expand it.
