I read where one was to uninstall IT and reinstall if the revision was not successful. Before the uninstall, do I need to back up my glossaries or will they remain, and if so, how and what do I transfer back? Sorry if that sounds confusing a bit.
This all goes to say that after reinstallation the new upgrade/update is successfull this time.
