IT entries with commands....

I was using the command (end), not the command (Control + end).

Now new question though - My IT entry with commands is pretty long. If the IT entry with commands lands where a new page happens to start it duplicates part of that paragraph. It is almost now worth using the IT entry with commands if I risk duplicating the doc at the bottom of one page and the top of another.... Any ideas?
