What version of IT are you using? You can find out by double-clicking on the blue title-bar in Instant Text and then go to Help and About Instant Text. There you will see the exact release and built date that you are using. If you do not see a built date of May 2007, please see the link below to download the latest revision:
Also, are you running WinXP or Vista? If you are running Vista, the User Account Control setting would need to be disabled. For instructions, please see Marianne's post at the top of the forum.
