You most likely have an extra space in these phrase entries

Are you using MSWord? Do you have Smart Cut and Paste checked under Tools/Options/Edit?

If so, uncheck it. That makes sure you don't highlight the extra space when you copy a new phrase into the Add window.

For the entries that are already in your glossary with the extra space, right-click on them in the advisory, click on the Edit button, place your cursor at the end of the last word of the phrase and hit Delete to erase the space (which is invisible).
