I am a new user to IT. Trying very had to be patient with myself through this transition :o) One thing that is making me smack the desk is that when I change a short cut and then go to use the revised one in the next document it has changed back.
In my previous expander system I used h in front of all my headings so that I could differentiate them from their noncapitalized counter parts. I tried to just do this the IT way but I need my h's. So as I come to a heading I am right clicking on it, clicking on edit, and then adding the h to the front of the shortcut. But when I use that one again, it's back to the h being gone. Any suggestions?
