Hello,

I guess that means the only was we are to toggle between glossaries greater than line 8 is to manually highlight them. Is that correct? Or is there any easier way?

Yes, that is correct. But there is another option.

Right-click on Phrases and go to Options --> Screen Elements and uncheck "Glossary List" and click OK.

Now the Active Glossary List is a drop-down list rather than a full list.

In this layout, you can switch glossaries by typing "Ctrl/" to put the focus on the glossary list, then you type the first letter of the glossary name such as "M" for Medstart, then type "Ctrl/" again to bring the focus back to your document. The Ctrl+Number shortcut for lines 1-8 will also work in this layout.

Of course, if you try this layout but decide you prefer the default layout, you can always switch it back.

Kind regards,
Kristen
